Our candles are handcrafted using 100% soy wax, with high-quality fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks.

How long will each candle burn?

Burn time varies by candle size. Most of our 250ml candles burn for approximately 40–50 hours.

How do I choose a scent if I can’t smell it online?

Each scent has detailed notes on the product page. You can also take our Fragrance Quiz for personalised recommendations.

How long does shipping take?

If you are based in Australia, shipping will take between 7-14 business days. Free shipping on orders over $60.00 AUD.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping will take between 14-28 business days. Shipping fees are calculated according to the number of items in your order.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What if my candles arrive damaged or I’m not happy with my order?

We offer replacements or refunds for damaged items - please contact us immediatley with a photo.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Orders can be updated or cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, returns must follow our returns policy.

Are there any additional charges for shipping on my candle club subscription?

Subscription prices are all-inclusive, with shipping covered in your flat rate.

Are your candles environmentally friendly?

Our wax and materials are chosen to be environmentally thoughtful. Packaging is also recyclable.
